From family business to tradition
The main building, a windmill, was built in 1886. Within these walls, expanded, is the meat processing plant. In 1993, it began its innovative development as a slaughterhouse and meat processing plant. Currently, we manufacture our products according to the ISO 22000:2005 HACCP system certification. Production of culinary products is done in a manufactory style. The Hungarian-owned company is one of the most significant players in the meat industry today.
We have our own slaughterhouse and packaging facility. In recent years, we have slaughtered and processed 10,500 pigs, with an average of 100 pigs processed daily at the slaughterhouse, but this number is constantly increasing. We are committed to producing quality products, continuously improving our plant with the latest technical equipment.
25 types of proprietary products
Currently, we produce 17 different types of smoked sausages, various types of ham, hocks, loins, liver pâté, salami, and roast products, smoked-boiled-cut imperial, as well as 8 types of bacon. Our excellent quality products, the cold cuts, hams are prepared for our commercial partners on a modern slicing and vacuum, as well as gas-protected packaging line. Important elements of our portfolio are Hungarian flavors made according to old recipes, traditional Hungarian folklore products.
Widely present in the market
Our online store operates successfully, supplying our retail customers with fresh meat products, whole or diced, as well as marinated forms, but we also deliver skin-on half-carcasses that require further processing. Among our satisfied partners are a wide range of complex institutions from the public sector, and we are increasingly present in retail units with our authentic, quality Hungarian meats and meat products.
